Mom’s Christmas Village

When I was in grade school, my Christmas obsessed mother bought herself a lighted ceramic Christmas village, which has become a staple of our family Christmas décor. Later, in high school, I made for her a platform with a mirror stream, a waterfall, and a skating pond. I stapled on the white “snow” batting, and Mom did all the rest. The 5mm Post: Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad

The 5mm Post is all about my quest to find accessories compatible with my Transformers. A lot of toys have been purported to be compatible over the years, but for this article I had to reach back to the halcyon days of 1994, to a line of toys I was completely unaware of at the time. I’m talking about Playmates’ bizarre attempt to take a bite out of the Power Rangers market share, Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad!
