Chris's note, 04-24-07: Due to the fact that its driving me batshit crazy to hear this damn song every time I want to check a comment on this article, I've turned off the autostart on the mp3 player. If you want to play the song that accompanies the dancing, just click here and press play on Parry Gripp's “Yub-Nub”. Thanks for understanding.

The song you be poppin' and lockin' to is "Yub-Nub" by Perry Gripp, former lead singer of Nerf Herder. Just click the pic of Stewie getting jiggy with his junk to download it. If you just want to play it again (or make it shut up), scroll down to my first comment on this article and click the play/pause button on the controlla, my nappy-headed hoes.

Click the album cover to hear a bumpin' disco version of the Star Wars theme by The King of Instrumental Dance Music himself,

Hey I found a good version of the Stan Bush video on YouTube. Someone pulled it off MTV2, good sound and picture quality. You should totally link it to sci-fi-guys.com
I couldn’t agree more! -Chris

A while ago, Adam asked me how I felt about Optimus Prime’s new look for the upcoming Transformers movie. I’ll let Optimus sum it up for me:

How many damn times can one man comment on his own post? Let’s find out, shall we?
There’s simply no reason for you not to have seen 300 by now. I don’t care if you can’t afford a ticket. I don’t care if you’re blind. I don’t even care if you live in a cave under a mountain on the dark side of Pluto and you’ve been frozen solid for the last 14 million years. Rob a bank, stab a nun and steal her purse, grow new eyes, stow away on an interstellar Vogon deconstruction vessel if you have to. Just get off your lazy ass and get the fuck to a theatre, pronto. Its just so goddamn good. But don’t take my word for it; you can download the book its based on right here.
Be warned: first, this a .rar file, so you’ll need to click this link to download WinRAR and install it on your PC. WinRAR is an excellent program which lets you compress and manage archive files such as .zip files, .rar files, and umpteen bajillion other kinds that nobody really uses. Its a damn good application; don’t leave home without it.
Second, the file is 75.88 MB. That doesn’t look nearly as impressive as it should, so I’ll try it again. The file is 75.88 MB. That’s kinda huge, so if you’re doing this over your network at the office, chances are some very unhappy IT guys are going to be giving you a call. Its a damn big file. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
If you’re cool with all the above, then click the pic below to download Frank Miller’s 300 in its entirety. And let me know how it is; I’ve seen the movie, but I haven’t read it; I can’t download the file ’cause I’m stuck here in the office, and I’ve never been able to find anything other than the $40 hardcover collection.
Big shout out to Pascal’s Country Sounds for letting us in on this. Thanks also to CanMag and MovieWeb for the posters.

Wow this place has everything. So are you already not happy about the transformers movie. Frankly from the previews I’ve seen I don’t like how the they look. On a completely unrelated topic I was watching the Blues Brothers the other day and realized Steven Williams who plays the African American cop is the same Steven Williams who plays Mr. X on the best tv show ever. I’ve seen the Blues Brothers well over 200 times now and I’m obsessed with the X-Files….I can’t believe I just now made the connection.

Speaking of a place that has everything, you guys need to check out Blues Brothers Central. Not only do they have four bootleg albums and a bunch of other mp3s (including full versions of songs from the movie that were not released on the soundtrack!) for you to download absolutely free, but they're the only place I know that has info on UPN's 1997 Blues Brothers animated television series.
brought to youcanceled by Paramount, the same people that brought you, then sabotaged and canceled, Enterprise). The series was to star Jim Belushi, Peter Aykroyd, Mark Hamill, Pam Segal, Taj Mahal, Lorraine Newman, Nell Carter, Tim Curry, Star Trek: Voayager's Robert Picardo, and Roger Clinton playing his real life half-brother President Clinton, with music by Taj Mahal and Jeff 'Skunk' Baxter. It looks like eight episodes were planned fully, and at least some of them had to have been partially completed for test audiences. If anyone knows where I can get copies of these episodes, I will gladly kill, steal, or otherwise deliver whomever or whatever you want in exchange. Click the pic below to check it out, and tell 'em The Sci-Fi Guys sent ya.April 27th, 2007 at 1:26 pm
